A Bridge to Transforming Your Life

Relational EMDR Therapy® or R-EMDR is a healing path beyond just the resolution of the traumatic memories, promoting developmental growth and lasting change.

In more traditional EMDR, the primary objective is just to relieve symptoms and minimize discomfort, usually due to one specific traumatic event. For many of us something more is needed. That is where Relational EMDR comes in. As an R-EMDR therapist, I focus on helping to grow and change into the person they want to become in their lives today—supporting you to thrive, not just survive.

In Relational EMDR we walk together through the healing journey and together build a set of tools to help you “go there.” and R-EMDR therapist the question I ask you is “are we ready to embark on this journey together?”

Relational EMDR Therapy® was pioneered by Deany Laliotis and builds on the traditional EMDR developed by Francine Shapiro. This psychotherapy approach centers healing in relationship, supports developmental growth, and fosters lasting change beyond symptom relief.

I hope to work beside you on this journey of healing. Congratulations on your decision to embark on this life changing path.
